Mal is an independent education consultant & executive coach. Formerly a senior leader with 10 years’ experience, in a variety of London schools she was responsible for Teaching and Learning & CPD.

Mal advises schools, creates and delivers bespoke CPD as well as coaches teachers for leadership and senior professionals outside the education sector.

She has been successful in leading change, co-ordinating colleagues to create teams and produce exemplar resources and training in PSHE/SRE. This acclaimed work led to the Borough of Hillingdon requesting she deliver a keynote speech at a Sex Education Conference and to share and train other school professionals in PSHE in Hillingdon.

Mal is a passionate advocate of both staff & student well-being.  She believes wholeheartedly in the importance of training staff in SMSC which supports the development of the whole child and has a proven impact on their academic progress.
